Pete Davidson ruthlessly rips into the JoBros in sneak peek of the ‘Jonas Brothers Family Roast’

With all the news of his personal life, it’s easy to forget that Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson is actually one of the funniest and hardest working comedians in the industry. . . when he isn’t romancing the women of Hollywood, that is (ICYMI: here's the latest). Pete's upcoming gig is as a guest on the upcoming Jonas Brothers Family Roast Netflix special, and the streamer just dropped a sneak peek of some of the comedian's epic burns at the JoBros' expense. 

“I’m a huge fan!” he starts off from the audience (wearing a garish yellow tee that says “I heart Jonas”). “I listen to the Jonas Brothers every time I’m in a supermarket!”

Nick, Kevin, and Joe seem to take the jab well from their comfy chairs on stage. Hey, when you agree to be roasted, you've gotta be prepared for what comes at you to roll right off. 

“I mean, show some respect! Nick’s a legit actor now! He’s won everything from a Kids’ Choice Award to a Teen Choice Award," Pete continues, garnering an actual "thank you" from Nick. 

“Did you know,” Pete goes on, “Nick even had a hit called ‘Jealous'? Though it would have been way more believable if Kevin was singing it.”

Aw c’mon, we don't mention the Kevin thing. Luckily, he doesn't seem too hurt by it. Overall, it would seem from this little snippet that the Jonas brothers actually take the roast rather well.

But that doesn’t mean they aren't going to try to set the record straight after the fact. Nick Jonas captioned his Instagram post of the clips, “For the record, I’ve technically won 19 Teen Choice Awards.”

That’ll teach ‘em, Nicky.

Kevin also posted the clip to his IG, instructing fans to write’ #ROASTED’ in the comments if they want him to release “Jealous” by Kevin Jonas. Um, yes. 

The full episode of the Jonas Brothers Family Roast (the first family roast in the series) will premiere on November 23. It's hosted by SNL's Kenan Thompson and will include celebs like Niall Horan, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias, John Legend, Canada’s own Lilly Singh and Jack Whitehall.
