Oscar-winning actress and Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow is having a moment. If we’re not all obsessing about the chaotic mountain skiing lawsuit brought against her, and the resulting courtroom drama, we’re raising eyebrows about her ‘detox’ diet where she only drinks coffee and bone broth in the morning.

Now, she’s dishing about her infamous love life from a bygone era - the 90s. You might remember she famously dated, and later became engaged to, Fight Club star Brad Pitt in the 90s (before the Jennifer and Angelina drama), and then later dated Armageddon star Ben Affleck (before Bennifer). Now she’s dishing on her romantic betrothal to Brad, and compares the sex skills of both men.

It’s giving NSFW details.

Host Alex Cooper made the woman who makes a candle that smells like her vagina play a game of “Brad or Ben,” and asked her a bunch of fun and flirty questions like, “Who is the best kisser?”, “Who are you more likely to get into an argument with?”,  and “Who is more romantic?” Gwyneth famously dated Brad from ‘94 to ‘96 before getting engaged, but calling it quits in ‘97. Then she dated Ben from ‘97 to 2000.

But when it came to who was better in bed, Gwyneth had us glued to our headphones.

"Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind of, at the time and then Ben was, like, technically excellent," she admitted. "I can't believe my daughter is listening to this!"

Apple Martin, plug your ears.

The Shakespeare In Love actress also dished on her super romantic betrothal to her Se7en co-star, calling their romance love at first sight, and remembering super sweet details from Argentina when he dropped down on one knee.

Saying their connection on the Se7en set involved "major, major love at first sight,” she added their whirlwind romance “was crazy."

Speaking of their betrothal, she says, “One night we were on the balcony of this house we were renting in this little town in Argentina, I wish I remembered exactly what he said, but he proposed, it was fantastic, I was thrilled. We had talked about it, but I was surprised in the moment, I remember that. I must have been 24."

Speaking of calling off their engagement, she blames it on herself, saying she was “totally heartbroken when we broke up.”

But she also gives herself grace, admitting she hadn’t grown into the woman she was meant to be, and wasn’t ready for that kind of commitment at that time in her life. “I had a lot of development to do, looking back in hindsight. In a lot of ways, I didn't really fully start to come into myself until I was 40 years old.”

She continued, “And I had such a pleasing issue. I didn't really even understand how to listen to my instincts and act from that place for what was right for me. I was always trying to adjudicate what was right for everyone else."

"When I look back I really was a kid, really more than most 22, 24 years old I meet now. I really had not explored who I was, what was important to me, what my boundaries were."

"It was the right thing at that time, but it was really hard," she added. "There were a number of things that had happened, he was nine years older than me so he was far more … he knew what he wanted, he was ready to do it and I was kind of all over the place, so it was really one of those difficult things, where I felt like, 'Oh my God, not only am I not ready, I'm not living up to the standards again.' It was a familiar refrain I felt about myself."

Now, the two are friends. "He's a great guy. He's wonderful, I really like him a lot." Gwyneth has recently praised Brad for also protecting her from convicted rapist and former Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein in the 90s, telling Howard Stern she “loved him” for protecting her from the serial sex offender.

Elsewhere in the funny and revealing “Call Her Daddy” interview, the “Emma” star plays F*** Marry Kill with host Alex Cooper, saying she would “remarry” ex-husband, Colplay frontman Chris Martin, and “do that all again” because he gave her “the loves of [her] life,” her kids, Apple and Moses. She then says she’d choose to have sex with Brad again. As for Ben… “Ben, yeah, God bless him.”

We think that means you’re dead, Ben.

Luckily for Ben, she did say he made her laugh more, but Brad was more romantic. She couldn’t, however, choose a better kisser.
