Uncut Gems star Julia Fox has had her name in the press a lot lately with her newfound romance with "Jesus Walk" rapper Ye, amid his increasingly bitter divorce from Kim Kardashian. Over the past five weeks, the two have been spotted out together at Paris Fashion Week, and partying it up in the club. Now, she's speaking frankly about their relationship, and shutting down comparisons between her and Kim.

Speaking with Alexandra Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Julia talked about how their budding relationship has nothing to do with Kim, and called out the sexist narrative that tries to make enemies of women.

"It is unfortunate because women are always just being pitted against each other and obviously, like, there’s 10 years of history that they have prior,” Julia said, admitting that some of her fashion choices are similar to Kim's, especially when Kim was being dressed by fashion-mogul Ye.

“I’m not going to—I don’t want to ever step out of line and speak on something that I have no place speaking on,” she continued. “If anything, I feel the conversation should be like, ‘Wow, it’s amazing to see how heavily influenced Kim was by Kanye.’ If anything, I feel like that’s kind of what that shows, but obviously people want to run with the nastier narrative and make people feel bad.”

She then opened up about the seriousness of her relationship with Ye, revealing that it's more than just a passing fancy.

“He calls me his girlfriend,” she admitted. “It just happened, and it felt very organic and not even like crazy or anything, just very natural.”

Although as recently as December, Ye has publicly stated that he wants to get back together with Kim, Julia reveals she isn't phased by those admissions, seeing as how the ex-spouses had such a long history together and share four children.

"I'm sure there's still some residual feelings, and that's normal, it's human. I also know that he's with me now. And that's all that matters," she said.

She also shot down the assumption brought to her by Cooper that Ye was "love-bombing" her with his outlandish and grandiose acts of romance and affection, like recently when he handed out dozens of expensive Birkin bags at her 32nd birthday to all her friends like they were Smarties.

“He doesn’t have a shady, ulterior motive,” she said. “I think [that’s] super crucial in the love-bombing element because in a typical narcissistic relationship, you get love-bombed, and you get isolated. But no, my friends are now with me 24/7… he’s not trying to have me to keep me for himself, locked away. No. He wants me to be the best version of myself, like that’s always the conversation, how am I going to live up to my full potential? Which I think is amazing.”

While not speaking specifically about the "Stronger" rapper, she did talk intimately about her preferences when in a relationship, including foursomes and partner swapping.

“I’m into weirdly, like, partner swapping and then watching, more [foursome] vibes,” she shared. “I’ve never done it. In my other relationships, I feel like I’ve always been so jealous and so possessive in my relationships. I don’t want to be like that in the future.”

This exploration into the boundaries and limits of her sexuality she says was brought about during her former job as a dominatrix.

Clarifying that she never had sexual intercourse with any of her clients, she said that being in that highly-charged environment offered her a degree of freedom to explore her own sexuality.

“Through doing this, just for money, I ended up learning about my own sexuality, which I’d never really had a chance to explore because my sexuality was always being used against me,” she explained.

“My sexuality was something to be guarded and protected and not something to be explored."

The episode of Call Her Daddy was recorded on January 31st, and now it appears that perhaps Julia jumped the gun to call Ye her boyfriend, as yesterday, a close insider to Julia revealed, via Page Six, that she is also dating other people after Ye was spotted stepping out twice with model Chaney Jones. “Their bond transcends typical norms because they’re evolved beings who just want each other to be happy. There is no jealousy or bad vibes.”

A source close to Ye also revealed via The Daily Beast that the "Gold Digger" rapper was too “busy” with his work to focus on a relationship. “He has his album,” they said. “He’s got a million things going on work-wise. He designs, he produces, all of that takes time. And he is dealing with his divorce.”
