Exploring Baltimore’s dirt bike riding scene and based in part on the 2014 documentary, 12 O’Clock Boys, Charm City Kings follows a fourteen-year-old boy named Mouse, who desperately wants to join Baltimore’s most infamous group of dirt bike riders, the Midnight Clique. Forget what you have heard. Cats is unabashedly a fun time! Based on the nightmarish play from the mind of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Cats was marketed as a new Christmas tradition when it was initially released last December – we see that pitch and raise it a bit higher; Cats is your new Halloween tradition. The story (or… stories… we are still trying to pin down exactly what is going on here) are mostly set in a Victorian-era, gothic-esque alleyway. Feline residents are at center stage as they compete to die and be reborn as a Jellicle cat. We are told that it is an exclusive club of cool cats. Weirdness aside, Cats is a fun musical about love, second chances and hope.
