The sting of the first uncoupling on Love Island (Monday-Sunday, 9pm on CTV) is still requiring some afterburn ointment but there’s no time to waste. After feminist Johnny broke up the 24-hour relationship of Trey and Cely, it’s now time for two more Islanders to join the group.Night two of Love Island included the arrival of a pair of new singles who were quickly ushered into the hot tub with "deserving, funny, handsome and underappreciated" Jeremiah and Carrington. Their words, obvi.Kierstan lives by the motto of "save a horse, ride a cowboy." We think it was Descartes who said that, as in Kaitlynn may have put de cart in front of de horse by coupling up with Carrington, who appears to show no allegiance to his partner. Kierstan is excited to display her newly acquired assets and she has found the perfect show to do just that. We mean her bathing suits, of course. Then there’s Rachel, who ended her last relationship to be on Love Island. She wants a guy that’s taller than her and athletic, making Jeremiah her perfect match. We think. The pair spent most of their first date sitting in a hot tub.As for the rest of the episode, there were tears, baggage, and discarded underwear, but not in the way you're thinking.

TEARS OF AN ANGEL

Following the introduction of the new ladies, Mackenzie was quick to mark her territory by making a "joke" that Connor was not available to talk to Kierstan and Rachel. When no one gave a thumbs up to Mackenzie’s attempt at humour and instead called her out on being possessive, she left to cry in private, effectively storming off as much as someone can storm off when they share 2,000 square feet with 13 other people. Connor did not follow her. Connor is going to pay for that for at least three more episodes. That’s not how you get access to the cookie jar, Connor.

THE PILE HIGH CLUB

It’s been a long time since we’ve traveled, but flight attendant uniforms look much different than what we remember. The Islanders aired their dirty laundry in the first challenge of the season and revealed shocking and sexy secrets from their past. Well, most of them did. Moira missed the memo and revealed that she once pooped on the street because the line to get into the club was too long. Like her underwear, Moira’s chance of removing that information from James’ mind is gone but he seemed to take it in stride and found the story "funny."

WHY CAN’T WE BE FRIENDS

There are a lot of friendships being made on Love Island and no one is happy about it. Jeremiah only wants to be friends with Justine, Kaitlynn only wants to be friends with Carrington, James may be moving Moira to the friendzone in an effort to secure Kierstan, and Trey is trying desperately to get out of the friendzone with anyone who will take him. And this is only night two!Watch new episodes of Love Island Monday-Sunday, 9pET on CTV.
