Fresh out of isolation after finally testing negative
for COVID-19, Khloe Kardashian immediately did what any woman would do: had an intense workout session with her shirtless ex-boyfriend, who is always at her house. Yup, this week’s episode of
Keeping Up With The Kardashians (stream now on E!) was all about the
will they, won’t they relationship between Khloe and Tristan, and while they didn’t officially rekindle their romance on camera, we’re pretty sure it’s back on.After an outdoor fitness session with Tristan, Kourtney and their personal trainer, Khloe admitted that while she and Tristan weren’t technically a couple, they were basically quarantining together with daughter True. Tristan had been a big support during Khloe’s illness and things were really good between them. “I like spending time with him,” Khloe admitted, noting that she wasn’t ready to dive into a full-blown reconciliation yet. The cozy exes ended up celebrating True’s second birthday on their own after cancelling the blow-out bash that Khloe had planned pre-pandemic, and things seemed pretty warm between them.
Khloe may have been hesitant to officially get back together with Tristan, but the rest of the KarJenners seemed to be fully on board with the idea. In a video chat with Kris, Scott, Kim and Rob, Khloe was immediately interrogated for looking so glam in quarantine. “Where are you going?” Kris asked, noting that she had a full face of makeup. “To pound town!” Scott jumped in, adding that she was clearly going to see Tristan. Khloe denied that Tristan had anything to do with it before Scott chimed in again. “What do we all think? Has Khloe slept with Tristan yet?”“Yes,” Rob said immediately.“Oh, 100%,” Kris added, cheerfully joining in speculation about her daughter’s sex life. You know, regular family conversation stuff.Khloe insisted that they’d only pecked goodbye but acknowledged that Tristan tried “every day” to take it to the next level. Interestingly, the other person most wanting to get Tristan back into Khloe’s pants was her best friend, Malika, who encouraged Khloe to give her ex another shot.“I think you’re just not open to being loved because of all the shit that’s happened,” Malika assessed after saying that Tristan was clearly in love with Khloe. Khloe agreed, saying, “Every relationship I go into is disappointing and f--ked up. So I have every reason to be guarded and have these bricks up, and layers.” Fair point, but Malika was persistent.“You won’t know if you don’t try,” she advised. “Baby steps—just open up a little bit.”If that wasn’t enough, Malika moved on to Tristan next, telling him that he was a good person who had made some horrible mistakes. “Everything is not lost,” she insisted. “Especially because you guys have a family.” Tristan explained that he regretted his infidelity, loved Khloe and wanted his family back. He felt bad about letting down Kris and the rest of the family, too, and eventually expressed that to Kris directly. Fortunately for Tristan, the momager was on his side, saying that a lot of mending and healing had gone on and she hoped things worked out. Fingers crossed?[video_embed id='2064913']RELATED: Kim Kardashian under fire after posting private island pictures during pandemic [/video_embed]Meanwhile, we got a glimpse into Kourtney’s work at Poosh—aka the Kardashian Goop—where she held a content meeting focused on vagina oils and other “wellness” products. She was also treated to an epic drive-by birthday party and spent some quality time with Scott, who was struggling in quarantine.“I just want to be the best person I can be for my family,” Scott told Kourt, admitting that his anxiety and depression were worsening the longer he stayed home. “I felt like I was going to do something bad if I didn’t figure something out or take myself out of this position.” Scott eventually decided to enter inpatient therapy for past traumas—a brave decision that Kourtney proudly supported.Unfortunately, Scott’s stay at the facility was quickly leaked, with several media outlets wrongly reporting that he was there for cocaine and alcohol abuse. A gossip website soon leaked transcripts of Scott talking to his therapist, which he only found out about when Kourtney saw them online and texted him. “He was completely violated,” Kourtney told Kim, clearly livid. Scott quickly came home, later telling the family how betrayed he felt. “You went for trauma and they literally gave you trauma,” Kim observed. They rallied around him, offering some genuinely sweet displays of support and making him feel loved. Family over everything!Back to the saga of Tristan and Khloe, the former couple finally had a heart-to-heart about their relationship near the end of the episode, with Tristan saying he wanted to be together and Khloe asserting that she loved Tristan, but wasn’t in love with him... but maybe she would be, one day, if he kept being a good partner and things worked out? Admitting that she’d like a fairytale ending but saying that they weren’t there yet, it seemed like they were going to give things another shot. At the end of the day, Khloe felt that they were going to be a family forever no matter what, just like Scott and Kourtney. And hey, maybe there will even be another Kardashian baby in 2021. As Khloe summed it up, “If you don’t get it, you don’t have to.”Stream
