After weeks spent watching Justine and Caleb fall in love on Love Island (Monday-Sunday, 9pm on CTV), viewers have also fallen in love with the charismatic couple. On Friday’s episode, the pair finally got their turn in the hideaway and it was like we all won. Well, mostly Jaleb, but viewers were also excited. The couple have consistently been an example of maturity, growth and love in a relationship, building their trust through open and honest communication. Plus, they’re just so darn likeable. After not quite being sure about each other in the beginning, Justine and Caleb quickly realized they were a perfect match and viewers have had the privilege of going along for the ride. Happy dance for everyone. We're not saying Jaleb needs to win it all... actually, yes, that's exactly what we're saying. #GiveThePeopleWhatTheyWant.

THE HIDEAWAY

Of course, no one is going to be as excited for Justine and Caleb to go to the Hideaway as Justine and Caleb themselves, who are coming back with stories, babies or both. But the outright contempt from some Islanders after Caleb received the news-worthy text really showed some true colours. Johnny was looking awfully pressed for a guy who already got to go to the Hideaway and has Caleb and Justine to thank for helping save his relationship with Cely. Maybe he just wanted more time alone with Cely, or maybe he has realized that Caleb and Justine are now the frontrunners for winning this season? It seems like Johnny and Cely are only now having the deep conversations that Justine and Caleb have been having for weeks, even though they are technically "girlfriend and boyfriend." Coincidental timing with the finale or just a natural progression? Less beef jerky talk, more deep stuff.

THE STEP UP

Cely and Johnny aren’t the only couple who are stepping up their romance games awfully close to the finale. Calvin made Moira breakfast two days in a row and Carrington said he may visit Laurel in Alabama (wow, slow down there). But no couple is putting the pedal to the metal quite like newbies Lakeyn and Bennett, who are making up for lost (screen) time. The pair are already convinced their families will be happy with their 12-hour old relationship and are putting the night vision cameras to work in the bedroom. It’s almost as if $100,000 is on the line.[video_embed id='2043220']ICYMI: The final recoupling sends a fan favourite home [/video_embed]

MOROSE MOIRA

It wasn’t all Hideaways and pool parties on Friday’s episode of Love Island. The results of a viewer vote were revealed and the Islanders got mixed results. Although Carrington took his not-so-flattering titles as "Fakest" and "Worst Boyfriend" like a champ, Moira was left in tears after finding out that viewers voted her "Most Two-Faced." Thankfully, she has Calvin, who lets her cry it out and then encourages her to be a lion. Okay, these two are pretty darn cute.
