When we first met the guys and gals of reality show sensation
Too Hot to Handle, it was seriously impossible to imagine any of them settling down with one another. Or with anyone. Honestly, most viewers were convinced the lot would deplete the cash prize down to the last drop with rule violations and all go home empty-handed. Well, it seems our instincts were wrong because not only was there money left at the end, Canadian contestant Francesca Farago told
etalk's Ben Mulroney the biggest prizes were really the relationships and the lessons she learned along the way.If you're unfamiliar with the premise of
Too Hot to Handle, basically, a group of singles who value sex above emotional connection are put on a resort in Mexico and told to mingle and couple up
without physical intimacy of any kind. That includes kissing, sexual touching and any other dirty deeds we shan't mention here. For every rule violation, a fee is deducted from the $100,000 cash prize.[video_embed id='1748879']RELATED: Are Cashel and Kyra the real winners of ‘Love Island’?[/video_embed]Francesca, 26, had one of the most transformative arcs on the show—going from the main rule-breaker to fully redeeming herself on the second-last night. She also said some mega-sweet things on the series about finding the love of her life in
Australian contestant Harry Jowsey, 22, and it looks like she's singing the same tune months later. Not only are the two still a couple (after a brief break), they're moving in together and looking toward the future.
Attention all Frarry shippers
"The break was needed for us to re-evaluate situations and just grow... it just made us so appreciative and not take our relationship for granted," Francesca said from her home in Vancouver. "Ideally, I would love for him to live in Vancouver but I think he wants to stay in L.A. a bit longer so I'm probably just going to go there and move in with him there... honestly, at this point, I'll live wherever he wants to live. If he wants to move to Thailand, at this point, I don't even care, I'll do it."
That alone is enough to make any Frarry shipper's heart melt, but it turns out the couple is actually getting really serious. Like, wedding-level serious. When asked if it was too early to start talking wedding, Francesca immediately answered, "No!""We have folders in our phones that we share with each other that we add wedding rings to everyday," she revealed. "We're kind of starting to plan what we like and where we would want it and stuff like that. I don't think it's too soon because I love him so much and I want to be with him so, at the end of the day, why wait?"[video_embed id='1926171']RELATED: Ben and Jessica Mulroney review classic movie wedding scenes[/video_embed]This is seriously a totally different Francesca than the one we met in the first episode. Fran herself fully admits she's made a huge change personally since then and regrets certain things she did.
'You see us grow as people'
"Watching the first few episodes I was like, 'No one is going to continue watching this after the first episode,' because we were all coming across as not the brightest people and it was very superficial," she said. "Living through it, I know how much all of us developed as people throughout the experience, especially with the workshops... You see us grow as people and a lot of us have continued to keep those relationships and those lessons we learned and apply them to normal life."It really looks like the show did what it set out to do—force its contestants to grow and learn to make deeper connections. While she asserts that Harry and her personal growth are the biggest prizes, Francesca still admits the
3 million Instagram followers and celebrity attention she's getting now are definite perks."Ariana [Grande] followed me and then she followed my bikini brand and I reached out to her and said, 'Thank you, I really appreciate that,'" Francesca said. "She was like, 'You're so sweet!'... And Harry has been talking to Justin [Bieber] as well."Sure sounds like Francesca and Harry will have a pretty star-studded wedding when they make that trip down the aisle.[video_embed id='1948278']BEFORE YOU GO: Shan Boodram's new show is an instant hit[/video_embed]
