Angelina crashed Vinny's book signing in the most 'Jersey Shore' way

Vinny and Angelina: love’s young dream! They’re like Romeo and Juliet...  if Romeo was a Chippendale dancer and Juliet loved to trash-talk. It’s been ten years since the two infamously hooked up on Jersey Shore, and ever since then, they have been bickering and bantering on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation (watch full episodes on MTV.ca) like an old married couple. She’s convinced he’s in love with her; he just wants her to stop saying that.Of course, since the season finale of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, which had the roommates come to an explosive confrontation at Angelina’s wedding, MTV has begun airing the second season of Double Shot at Love (Thursdays at 8p/5e on MTV) with Vinny and DJ Pauly D. This Jersey Shore spin-off has the two most notorious bachelors from the show attempt to find love in a house full of eligible singles, most of whom are... how should we put this? right at home in the Jersey Shore world.Vinny, who follows a Keto lifestyle and even released a cookbook, Keto Guido, might have thought he’d temporarily escaped the never-ending party on Thursday's episode by slipping away from the house to attend his book launch. But Vinny clearly forgot Pauly is the Prank War Champion, because the DJ called in some reinforcements to crash the Keto Guido's book signing—none other than the Staten Island Princess herself, Angelina.

As Vinny was signing books at Barnes & Noble, Pauly clandestinely flew Angelina to Las Vegas for his prank which involved the entire house of singles holding up protest signs, chanting that the fraudulent Keto Guido Vinny eats spaghetti and bread and carbs. But as Vinny was preoccupied with the chanting, who should suddenly appear around the corner with her, "Um hello!?" calling card? Sure, it’s been ten years of the six of them fighting and then reuniting, but when Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, and Deena Cortese gave the infamous bridesmaids speech heard round the world that had the whole wedding reception booing, the family vacation was officially off. Snooki tearfully quit the show, and the Twitter feuds erupted back and forth between the cast.Angelina has since been on the outs with the rest of the cast, but as some eagle-eyed fans pointed out on Twitter, Angelina wasn’t wearing her wedding ring during the episode. That doesn't indicate a divorce (as far as we know) since the episode was filmed before Angelina tied the knot last November (and before the COVID-19 global pandemic hit North America—hence all of these singles crammed into a house with no masks!). Meaning this reunion is actually the duo’s last hurrah before things fell apart.On social media, that divide was more apparent than ever, as Angelina tried to poke fun at Vinny getting serious with contestant Maria.
