If you're obsessed with every single type of reality dating show (like we are), you're going to LOVE this news. Not only is there a new reality dating series coming that's filmed IN CANADA, it's going to star a slate of sexy farmers of all genders. Can you believe?

Better yet: Farming for Love (yes, really) is casting farmers right now and all you need to apply is to be over 19, live in Canada, have a farm and be single. A second round of casting will follow shortly for single city folk who want their shot at finding love on a farm.

Based on the hugely successful international series Farmer Wants a Wife, the Canadian version of the show will follow the journeys of five rural Canadian singles on their quest for romance. The series will help BC-based farmers, growers, ranchers, producers, and vintners meet "the one" and highlight the diverse range of farms that make BC unique. People of all genders, races and members of the LGTBQIA2S+ community are encouraged to apply. You can check out the casting call here.

On the show, five Canadians searching for their soulmates open up their farms – and their hearts – to a select group of urban singles. As they live and work together, the daters must adjust to a new lifestyle, and immerse themselves in a series of challenges, group activities, and intimate one-on-one dates with the goal of finding their one true love. Sorry, but we're obsessed with this.

The Farming for Love host  and casting details for urban singles hoping to date the selected farmers, are set to be announced in the coming months. The season is set to film in the summer/fall of 2022.

Skeptical about if shows like this actually lead to real relationships? This franchise actually has an incredible 18-year track record. Since its inception, the format has spread to 32 additional territories around the world (including Australia, Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France and Germany) and has led to 191 weddings and 445 children.

So... have you applied yet?
