We have basically no information, but hey, guessing is fun, right?

ICYMI: The Masked Singer is looking a little different this season. Yes, all your favourite judges are back and, yes, host Nick Cannon will return (mid-season after a short guest-hosting stint by Niecy Nash), but the show is shaking things up for contestants when season 5 premieres March 10 at 8 p.m. ET on CTV.

This year, there will be 10 contestants introduced at the beginning with the possibility every week that they could be bumped from the competition by a "Wildcard" singer (also a celeb, also masked) who will battle for a spot on the show. There's no telling how many Wildcards are out there, what they look like or when they'll come up. There's also a new character called Cluedle-Doo (yes, really) that will be bestowing bonus clues (or misdirects) throughout the season.

Basically, that's all we know but ahead of the premiere, we're breaking out our best guesses for who the masked singers may be based solely on their costumes and preliminary clues. We haven't even heard their voices yet, but hey, guessing is fun, right?

Cluedle-Doo

We're not really sure if we should even be guessing this one, but if so, we have some theories. Since Niecy is hosting the first half of the season with Nick returning later, the person rocking the bedazzled comb could literally be Nick Cannon. Sure he allegedly tested positive for COVID-19 right before production, but WHAT IF they're lying to us! Wouldn't be the first time!

Our Best Guesses: Nick Cannon, Ryan Seacrest, Joel McHale, Craig Ferguson.

Black Swan

An obvious pick for this celebrity would be Mila Kunis or Natalie Portman, but fans everywhere know that’s too on-the-nose for this show. Whoever this celeb is she definitely has a lot of feathers to talk about. But in the meantime, here’s hoping she also has lots of references to the original Masked Singer Swan, AKA season three contestant Bella Thorne.

Our Best Guesses: Mila Kunis, Natalie Portman, Amanda Schull.

Chameleon

In the U.K. version of the series, Chameleon ended up being musician Justin Hawkins. This reptilian creature’s costume has definitely taken on a new look, what with the starry eyes, bright American pantsuit and that giant tongue sticking out of its mouth. Whoever is underneath that mask it’s a good bet that he or she has quite the outgoing personality.

Our Best Guesses: Jim Carrey, Mick Jagger, Harry Styles.

Grandpa Monster

First, there was season one winner Monster, who, of course, was rapper T-Pain. Then there was season 3’s Miss Monster, who wound up being the legendary Chaka Khan. Now the show is onto Grandpa Monster, and whether he has some sort of connection to those other two celebs remains to be seen. If his participation is an excuse to see the other two costumes again though, fans will definitely be into it.

Our Best Guesses: T-Pain again (he is slightly older), Will Smith (feeeels like something he would do), the ever-ageless Paul Rudd.

Phoenix

Everything about this elaborate costume is majestic… and positively mysterious. It’s impossible to tell who could be underneath the fantastic plumage at this point given that there are no clues, but if the voice that comes out of that contestant’s beak is even a portion as mesmerizing as the red hues on the costume, well then this singer could definitely soar.

Our Best Guesses: Angela Bassett, Viola Davis, Alanis Morissette.

Porcupine

In the preview clip introducing this rodent, he reveals that figuring out his identity might be “pointless.” (You knew the puns were coming.) With one good eye and one that looks like it was borrowed from The Terminator, it seems as though this costume has been designed to show that the person wearing it has been through stuff in his life. And hearing even more about it is going to be part of Porcupine’s prickly appeal. He also appears to be very. tall.

Our Best Guesses: Shaquille O’Neal, The Rock, Jason Momoa.

Raccoon

Racoon is another fantastic look for sure, but with zero accompanying clues, this dumpster-diving critter could be anyone. Fans will just have to wait and see if this celeb jumps out of the trashcan with a stellar performance his first time on that stage, or if he bombs like roadkill. (Not so likely with this show.)

Our Best Guesses: Blake Shelton, Darius Rucker, Lil Nas X.

Russian Doll

Last season, The Masked Singer introduced a first with the Snow Owls, AKA the show’s very first duet contestants. (Clint Black and Lisa Hartman wound up being underneath those costumes.) This season, it seems like the costume department has gone even further with the introduction of the Russian Doll, which may be another duet team… or possibly more. Check out this clip of the contestant singing “Shallow” from A Star is Born, and you be the judge.

Our Best Guesses: Liam Payne & Niall Horan, Adam Devine & Skylar Astin (doesn't that sound like Adam Devine??).

Snail

In a preview, Niecy announces "We're going to make Masked Singer history. We're unleashing the Snail." Honestly, that's about zero information to go off of, especially since there could be like five people stashed inside the rolling costume. Um... is it an entire boyband?

Our Best Guesses: Boyz II Men (slow jams are kinda their thing), Katy Perry (who knows?).

The Piglet

In The Piglet's introduction video, Niecy says of the fun-loving swine, "If you're a bacon-eater, you'll be a fan" and "he's a real camera hog." Very non-descript but the energy is a clue in itself. Anyone else getting Jack Black in School of Rock vibes? Or maybe even Masked Dancer host Craig Robinson who's always one to break out into a song and dance?

Our Best Guesses: Jack Black, Craig Robinson, Michael B. Jordan (something completely unexpected to throw us way off).

Seashell

No word on whether this contestant lives by the seashore, but it seems obvious that she must have grown up around water, right? This costume has so much potential for good metaphors (maybe the rough waves in her life left her polished and shiny?), but it’s also impossible to stop looking at. The small lips and swirling eyes are slightly creepy if you stare too long, but her pointed, shimmery shoes are also a lot to take in. Are they high heels? Is she on tiptoe? So many questions, but they’ll just have to wait for now.

Our Best Guesses: Jodie Benson, Halle Bailey, Ariana Grande.
