Friends has gone off the air, the iconic TV series has continued to maintain its popularity with fans both new and old. Now with a reboot on the horizon,

Friends cookbook is on the way. Could we *be* anymore excited to cook? We’ve already got our eating pants on.Chef Amanda Yee has created over 70 recipes based on the beloved sitcom for
Friends: The Official Cookbook. Of course, Rachel’s Trifle is featured and Yee has even included the steps required to ensure it does not taste like feet. So that’s a bonus. Phoebe’s Grandmother’s Cookies, Ross’ Moist Maker Sandwich and Joey’s Meatball Sub (so good he was willing to take a bullet for it) are all in the new cookbook. Each recipe is paired with its corresponding episode so that fans can enjoy their new dish along with their favorite friends. The recipes also include modifications for beginner and more advanced chefs, because some of us are a Rachel and some of us are a Monica.The book retails for $40 and fans can
preorder Friends: The Official Cookbook now ahead of its September 22 release date, meaning it will likely arrive before the highly anticipated
Friends reboot. The HBO Max series was put on hold shortly after it's announcement earlier this year. Variety on May 11 that producers are hoping they can begin filming the new
Friends special later this year. He was clear there are currently no plans to do a remote reunion, noting that everyone involved wants to have a live audience to recapture the energy of the original series. “We’re holding out for being able to get this special done hopefully by the end of the summer, if the stars align and hopefully we can get back into production. We do think there’s a value to having a big, raucous live audience to experience these six great friends coming back together,”
said Greenblatt. “[It] may go more to a virtual route, if it is delayed too long but at the moment, we’re trying to look to the future and get this thing done in a more conventional way, and I think it’s worth waiting for.”The hour-long reunion was originally planned to premiere on May 27 to coincide with the debut of the new streaming service HBO Max but like Ross and Rachel finally getting together for good in the final moments of the
Friends finale, good things come to those who wait. If we have to wait for the
