Admittedly, that was a lot of A-listers to take in all at once, so let’s highlight some crucial information. Mariah. Arianna. J Hud. Not only will the three divas be appearing together at the same event, they are going to be performing Carey’s 2010 single “Oh Santa!” and releasing a music video for the remix. How a three-minute song is going to handle that many octaves at once is beyond us, but we have already cleared our holiday playlist to make room for what will undoubtedly be the greatest Christmas single of all time. Or at least the second greatest.View this post on Instagram

In October, Carey dropped her two-disc album The Rarities. A book, an album and a soundtrack in the same year? Mariah Carey is making shopping easier than ever this holiday season.Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special is Carey’s latest holiday special following 2015’s Mariah Carey’s Merriest Christmas and 2019’s documentary Mariah Carey is Christmas. In 2015, Carey made her directorial debut with the holiday movie A Christmas Melody and co-starred in the film with Lacey Chabert. In 2017, she lent her voice to the animated feature film All I Want For Christmas Is You, which was based on her massive song of the same name. First appearing on her 1994 holiday album Merry Christmas, “All I Want For Christmas Is You” remains one of the best selling singles of all time.
