The Jonas Brothers just dropped their new single and music video for “What A Man Gotta Do” and once again made the smart decision of looking to the other end of the couch for their leading ladies after having their better halves appear in the video for 2019 single, "Sucker". Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas skipped auditions for love interests and instead went with the real deal, casting the J Sisters, aka wives Sophie Turner, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Danielle Jonas.The group paid homage to iconic rom-coms in their new Joseph Kahn-directed video, working with a man who has made a career out of crafting big budget, recording-breaking music videos with Taylor Swift (“Bad Blood,” “Blank Space,” “Look What You Made Me Do,” “Delicate”). “What A Man Gotta Do” marks the first time Kahn has worked with the famous trio and it appears the director had no problem getting the men to come out of their shell. And into only their underwear.Nick and Priyanka open the video with their rendition of
Risky Business, complete with tighty-whities and button down Oxford shirts. The
Quantico star gazes lovingly at her husband before getting in on the sock-sliding action herself, which has all the fun of the original film without any of the stress of getting into college and avoiding debt collectors.
Joe and Sophie perform most of the heavy lifting (literally) in the video by recreating the school dance from
Grease and guess what, they've got the moves. Matthew Modine chaperones the event, which starts with Sophie dressed as Olivia Newton-John before her double pushes ‘Sandy’ out of the way and re-enters the dance in all-black with a matching wig. Tell me about it, stud.Kevin and wife Danielle kept their dancing to a minimum, instead paying tribute to John Cusack and Ione Skye’s famous boom box scene in
