Dua Lipa is getting a little bit country in her latest music video for “Love Again” which just dropped this morning. Channeling some serious Madonna vibes circa the “Don’t Tell Me” era, Dua gears up in a cowboy hat, long overcoat and cowboy boots to ride a mechanical bull inside of a swanky ballroom.

Turns out, this video was shot only three weeks ago! Dua revealed on Instagram that they shot the music video during rehearsals for her epic Brit Awards medley performance and only had 45 minutes to get the dance steps down pat.

“We shot this video in the midst of our Brits rehearsals and prep,” she wrote in the caption. “Learnt the choreo in 45 mins, kept adding outfits mid shoot but we did the damn thaaaang!!”

At the time, The Sun reported that the rollicking cowboy-themed video was filmed at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.

In the video, there are some seriously freaky visuals, like a gaggle of rodeo clowns in epic face paint trying to lasso a giant egg (you read that right), a horse galloping through the hotel ballroom, and Dua’s mechanical bull suddenly disappearing out from underneath her mid-air. So Dua was literally *ahem* levitating.

There’s also the opening shot of a levitating Stetson hat that boggles the mind, but it’s still in keeping with her Future Nostalgia vibes.

The catchy pop-disco tune, which samples White Town’s 1997 global hit “Your Woman,” also bears some fun lyrics like, “I used to think that I was made out of stone / I used to spend so many nights on my own / I never knew I had it in me to dance anymore / But goddamn, you got me in love again / Show me that heaven’s right here, baby / Touch me, so I know I’m not crazy / Never have I ever met somebody like you / Used to be afraid of love and what it might do / But goddamn, you got me in love again.”

Today has been a busy day for the Kosovar-Brit, as she also released another new single, “Can They Hear Us,” which appears on the soundtrack to Nabil Elderkin’s feature debut Gully. Elderkin directed the video for Dua Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now.”

The soundtrack to Gully also features songs from 21 Savage, ScHoolboy Q, Ty Dolla $ign, and Miguel. The film boasts the acting skills of Travis Scott and will hit video-on-demand services on June 8th.
