A little birdie told us that Keke Palmer might have something epic in the works — and by a little birdie, we mean Twitter, obviously. The actress, singer, and television personality took to the platform Monday to ask her followers a very important question — “If I were to create a millennial The View, who would you want to be my co-hosts?” Unsurprisingly, the post quickly captured the interest of fans who were likely disappointed over the news that her talk show GMA3: Strahan, Sara and Keke, which she co-hosted alongside Michael Strahan and Sara Haines, was canceled amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Joining Andy Cohen on WWHL, Palmer explained that the cancellation came as no surprise, considering current global challenges. “Here's the thing, when the pandemic hit, that’s what became all on our mind, was the pandemic – corona, understanding COVID," she explained. "So I kind of knew that, if our show did come back, it would have to be much, much, much later because our show is really about an audience."She also noted that the content they share is meant to be fun and lighthearted, but it’s a different time now. “Some of the conversation has changed, and I think it just kinda pushed [Strahan, Sara and Keke] out."Alas, it seems she might be onto bigger and better things. And, let’s just say, fans have plenty of co-host suggestions (Ask, and you shall receive, Keke!). So far, we’ve seen mention of some big personalities including TikTok star, Bomanizer, EllenTube host, Kalen Allen, and Instagram star Rickey Thompson, as well as Yara Shahidi, Tiffany Pollard, and Amber Riley. Last week, Palmer revealed two new gigs that are officially in the works. Not only will she be stepping into her dream role with Disney+ for The Proud Family reboot, Palmer will also host the MTV VMAs. But hey, wouldn’t this make the perfect trifecta of projects? A nostalgic Disney reboot, a chance to host the MTV VMAs, and a "millennial" version of The View? Keep doing your thing, Keke. We are here for it.[video_embed id='2011143']WATCH: Shia LaBeouf is reportedly Marvel’s next Iceman[/video_embed]
