Everyone is doing their part to keep busy and entertained while social distancing at home right now—something
The Voice (Mondays at 8ET on CTV2) coaches reminded fans of recently during their second live Happy Hour. Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend all opened up about their newfound hobbies with a cocktail in hand, but it was new coach Nick Jonas whose wife Priyanka Chopra hilariously intervened about his own new “concerning” hobby. In the video, Shelton shows off all of the “manly stuff” he’s learning to do like embroider, TikTok and play with baby chicks, while Clarkson chops wood and runs away from horses at her own ranch. Legend is next-level as he hangs out at his piano working with “new artists” (aka himself) and downs drinks. Jonas, meanwhile, opens up about his new love of latte art… and drinking all his creations.
“I’ve been getting really into latte art,” he explains while sipping a cuppa. “I’ve been starting with the simpler things like leaves, but I’m working towards a self-portrait… definitely some room for improvement,” he jokes as the camera pans over a sad smiley face in a cup. “The nice thing about latte art is, it turns out, I love coffee!”At that, Chopra makes a cute wifey cameo, Blair Witch style, taking over the camera to whisper up close, “Nick is going crazy with these latte designs. All he does is drink coffee all day.” Sure enough, the camera flashes back to Jonas, looking a little manic and revealing, “I can’t sleep!” Priyanka's epic eyeroll after Nick yells to her that he's going in for another cup could be its own emoji.[video_embed id='1950931']RELATED: Sophie Turner only agreed to date Joe Jonas if he watched ‘Harry Potter’[/video_embed]It’s safe to say Chopra and Jonas are winning at isolation goals right now. Aside from cute videos for
The Voice, they’ve been doing the whole binge-watching thing—revisiting some of their favourite content and posting about it on social media—and Chopra revealed Jonas has been teaching her piano.“I’ve also started the piano—I make my husband teach me. I’ve never played, but I’ve always wanted to learn an instrument, so I make him give me a half-hour or 45-minute lesson every day,”
she shared in a post for
Vogue recently. “He’s an in-house piano teacher, an in-house physical trainer, and an in-house writing partner—it’s good.”With so many activities to keep track of, it sounds like they could both use the caffeine from this newfound latte obsession. Meanwhile catch up with new virtual episodes of
