"Body" rapper Megan Thee Stallion is once again raising her voice and calling out the double standard in which people talk about violence against women. In this instance, she's specifically fuming about how some are taking jabs at her and the incident where she was shot in the foot.

She took to Twitter on Friday in direct response to Canadian rapper Drake's new track with 21 Savage, entitled "Circo Loco." In it, the Toronto native seems to call into question Megan's account of fellow Canadian rapper Tory Lanez shooting her in the foot.

"Stop using my shooting for clout b***h ass N****s! Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot !" she tweeted out to her 7.6 million followers. "You n****s especially RAP N****S ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y'all homeboys abused her."

She continued in another tweet, writing, "And when the mf facts come out remember all y'all hoe ass favorite rappers that stood behind a N**** that SHOT A FEMALE."

In a subsequent tweet, the Grammy-winning "WAP" rapper added, "People attack me y'all go up for it , i defend myself now I'm doing too much … every time it never ends and this did NOT happen until I came out and said I got shot … y'all don't fwm okay cool f*** it bye."

This week, Drake and 21 Savage dropped their collab album "Her Loss" featuring "Circo Loco," and the lyrics don't seem to mince words. In the second verse, Drake raps, "This b***h lie 'bout getting shots, but she still a stallion/She don't even get the joke but she still smiling."

As reported by HipHop DX, Drake and Tory Lanez began their careers as foes but quashed their beef in 2017, and in 2019 they toured together for the Assassination Vacation Tour. So it would seem Drake is taking a side in this very scary altercation, and he's siding with his countryman.

In April, Megan described the alleged shooting at the hands of Tory (real name Daystar Peterson), telling Gayle King, "everything happened so fast. All I hear is this man screaming, 'Dance, b***h,' and he started shooting."

"And I'm just like, 'Oh, my God,'" she continued. "He shot a couple of times. I was so scared. … I didn't even want to move. I didn't want to move too quick. I'm like, 'Oh, my God, if I take a wrong step, I don't know if he can shoot something that's super-important. I don't know if he could shoot me and kill me.'"

In June, Megan spoke candidly about how she feels about Tory, saying that she wanted him "under the jail."

Tory has been charged with one count of assault with a firearm and a gun possession charge. He recently was handcuffed and forced to pay an extra $100,000 on top of his $250,000 bail for talking about Megan and the case on social media, which violated a court order of no contact.

Per Page Six, Megan performed a Tory diss track at Coachella this past summer, aptly titled, "Yous a B***h."

Tory has pleaded not guilty and has managed to delay the trial date several times since the altercation occurred in July 2020, but the trial date is finally set for November 28 of this year, per Rolling Stone.
