Kris Jenner’s former security guard is accusing her of sexually harassing him on the job and the
Keeping Up With The Kardashians powerhouse is vehemently denying the allegations (or, rather, her expensive lawyer is dening on her behalf). Marc McWilliams, an employee of David Shield Security, Armor Protection Services Inc. is suing not only Jenner but
Kourtney Kardashian and his employer as well. The guard says he was subjected to mistreatment while working for the family, including racial and gender discrimination, a hostile work environment, and the aforementioned sexual harassment (which, to be clear, is a claim against Jenner only).
Page Six spied the official court filings in which McWilliams alleges that he “became subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct” stemming mainly from Jenner but also from his own supervisor. The harassment, he claims, began in 2017, and when he tried to resolve the issue with the human resources department at the company he worked for, he was all but ignored. The guard says that he endured unwanted touching which he described as being of “an inappropriate and sexual nature.” Despite reporting his discomfort to both his supervisors and the organization’s HR rep, nothing was done until—says McWilliams—the Kardashian matriarch “began intentionally retaliating against” him. Details about the exact nature of the retaliation are scarce, but
Page Six reports that while the guard continued to work for Kourtney, he was “suspended” from working with Kris.[video_embed id='2036367']RELATED: Kim Kardashian’s new maternity shapewear line receives mixed reactions [/video_embed]Marty Singer, Jenner’s high-profile Hollywood lawyer known for making
(most) celebrity problems disappear, immediately replied to inquiries, professing his clients’ innocence in the matter. “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams,” he said in a statement. “His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him.”Singer claims there is, naturally, a perfectly good reason McWilliams was barred from working with the family: “The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job,” he said. “Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later… When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.” Suit, countersuit: it’s the American way.[video_embed id='-1']BEFORE YOU GO: Bull Terriers can't contain excitement for first night in a hotel [/video_embed]
