Kim Kardashian West is reportedly once again shocked by Kanye’s latest tweet storm

“HA HA I GOT MY TWITTER BACK,” Kanye West tweeted on Friday afternoon after being locked out of his account for doxing a Forbes journalist. The rapper, fashion mogul, entrepreneur, and presidential-hopeful’s Twitter suspension also came after he posted a bizarre video of himself urinating on his own Grammy award. He was making a statement about artist rights in the music industry, but it was also part of a pattern of upsetting public behaviour which has fans and family alike concerned for his wellbeing.After Kanye's most recent Twitter spree, sources close to the Kardashian-West clan are saying that Kim is at her wits end in the face of the situation, and feels “powerless” to change or affect Kanye's choices.

A source told PEOPLE Kim is “at the end of her rope—again. He's off his meds. He promised he'd stay on them. The last time, part of his negotiation with Kim was that he'd get back on his medication and he would work very hard to control his impulses. He made a lot of promises. And now those promises are broken, less than a month later.”In July, Kanye engaged in another tweetstorm where he elaborated on private details of Kim’s family planning decisions from an earlier Presidential rally, accused mother-in-law Kris Jenner of being a dictator like Kim Jong-Un, and then said he’s been vying for a divorce for years. Kim broke her silence a little while later, addressing her husband's biopolar disorder in a series Insta-Stories, where she called for compassion, privacy, and understanding.

After spending some time apart, the two had a tearful reunion, and ‘Ye apologized publicly to his wife.
