Keke Palmer is riding high in her career and in her personal life.

The Nope star was named in People Magazine’s “Women changing the world” list, and during her coveted hosting Saturday Night Live hosting stint over the weekend, she announced that the rumours are true, she is indeed expecting a little bundle of joy.

But despite having all things to brag about, some people tried to bring her down when she revealed that she suffers from adult acne and went without makeup in a video. Luckily, our Keke is no shrinking violet, and isn’t afraid to clap back.

“I just saw a few comments of ppl saying I was ugly cause I wasn’t wearing any makeup,” she posted on December 6. “And I really want y’all to get the help y’all need because makeup isn’t real. I’m beautiful in real life, because of who I am, not what I look like.”

Yes, this is the Keke we need and deserve. She definitely understood the assignment.

But the former Disney star wasn’t done.

“I wish I could bottle how I feel about myself and sell it,” she continued. “Because some people take comments to heart and these ppl just say anything. I mean truly it’s insane to say anyone is ugly, but especially me.”

WE LOVE THIS. Yes Madame Palmer, bottle it ASAP.

The trolling comments came after Keke posted a video to her official Instagram where she talked about her struggle with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (or PCOS), which is a hormonal imbalance that can result in excess weight gain, excess facial hair, and acne. In the video, she shared how her acne affects her, and then showed the products she uses to cover up the pimples.

“I’ve been dealing with acne and struggling with makeup and trying to cover it for a really long time. And I don’t think there’s any shame in it,” the Hustlers star said in the video.

She posted another tweet referencing the trolling comments by suggesting that some people should worry more about their souls than their online clout. “The care and concern people have for their online life vs their irl life is devastatingly disproportionate,” she wrote.

She has received a lot of support online, including from Niecy Nash, who replied, “Girl let auntie tell you this: hating people ain’t happy. And happy people ain’t hating! Mmmkay #youcuteeitherway.”

Yes, we ride at dawn!
