John Legend and Chrissy Teigen hosted a lavish wedding for their daughter’s stuffed animals

The corona love stories are flowing in and apparently it’s hitting the Legend-Teigen house. This past weekend, the couple hosted a lavish wedding for their 3-year-old daughter Luna’s stuffed animals and it was, honestly, probably better than most human weddings. According to Teigen, the happy couple, Chloe and Nosh, met among “so many different animals in the house” and it was a surprise that they would find love but that “they’ve never spent a night apart.”Filming the beautiful beach-side ceremony over Instagram Live for all 28.8M followers, mama Chrissy resplendent in a flowing flowered house robe, officiated while dad sang Selena Gomez’s ‘Hands to Myself’ (also in a bathrobe). Luna’s 1-year-old brother, Miles was a guest at the special occasion while Luna walked her beloved stuffed friends down a romantic aisle laid out on the patio of the family’s beach house. And of course, the beautiful ocean was the perfect backdrop for a wedding amid such chaotic times.

It seems clear that Teigen and Legend are parents just like everyone else (almost) trying to find creative ways to keep their kids entertained during self-isolation. “You don’t realize how hard it is to figure out until you’re thrown in this situation where you just got to be creative,” the Grammy Award-winning musician told Today. Creative is right!The wedding is just the latest they’ve done to help their kids, and all their followers, stay entertained. Legend is one of many musicians who hosted Instagram Live concerts for the #TogetherAtHome series during the worldwide lockdowns. We’ll never forget Teigen, her wine and her towel.
