Jennifer Garner spent 25 minutes looking for her car in a one-level parking garage and we have never felt more seen by a celebrity. Maybe they really are just like us. The actor thankfully documented her highly relatable parking escapade on Instagram to make the rest of us non-Hollywood people feel a little bit cooler. We probably can’t buy whatever car Garner is driving, but we can lose our affordable mid-sized Sedan just like any Golden Globe winner.Garner posted the video on Thursday and edited it into a much shorter one-minute clip, because she’s a pro. The actor is filmed by a friend and opens ten minutes into the journey, with Garner wandering through the parking garage in search of her car and stopping periodically to tie her shoes and lament about her situation. With a teddy bear in hand (all parking-related incidents require an emotional support stuffed animal), Garner assures her friend that her car is parked in the ‘Y’ section. As in, Y didn’t I take a picture of where my car was parked?

I would like to tell you this was an isolated incident, but.....

Garner then employs the commonly used FOB clicking tactic, where you hold up your car remote and continually click it in hopes of setting off your alarm. Fortunately for viewers, because this extended the video, but unfortunately for Garner, her remote was out of batteries. Quipping that she should be on CSI: Miami, which amazingly doesn’t have a parking-garage specific spinoff but should, Garner finally suggests that her friend drive her around until they spot Garner’s car. After 25 sweat-inducing minutes of looking for her car in a one-level parking lot, the epic saga concludes with Garner spotting her vehicle in the ‘F’ section as in F, this is where I left my car! This film truly is a cinematic masterpiece with a big payoff at the end.For the record, we would like to note that Garner is a mom of three kids and the fact that she has enough energy to find her car in her own driveway is impressive enough. Garner captioned the video with a disclaimer, writing “I would like to tell you this was an isolated incident, but....” At least she wasn’t holding a bag of goldfish and an air conditioner.Garner has found solidarity on social media from fans and friends who have been in similar situations. Hilary Swank wrote “I now take a photo of the level I parked on for when my ginkgo biloba (is that how you spell it??) doesn’t kick in,” and she has an Oscar. Lisa Ling, who is an award-winning documentary maker, said “That happens to me regularly.” See! It’s not just us! Brilliant celebs also can’t find their cars. One commenter reminded Garner of her previous life as a spy, writing “GET OUT OF THE PARKING GARAGE! Do you remember Alias at all!?!?! Lolol.”Thankfully, Garner did find her car and it didn’t take her a week.[video_embed id='1486928']Judy Greer cried when we asked her about her friendship with Jennifer Garner[/video_embed]
