If you want to get in touch with Jennifer Garner, commenting on her hilarious social media posts seems to be a good way to do so. The 13 Going on 30 actress continued to prove she’s everyone’s girlfriend when she recently offered some sweet advice to a fan who is going through a tough break-up after the fan commented on her Instagram page.On June 30 Garner shared a photo of the nine stages of quarantine with the caption “Quarantine, but make it fashion.” The funny post included a pic of her floating in the pool, one of her wrapped in a scarf, and another in which she had drawn a moustache on herself. It was clearly meant to cheer up her 9.3 million followers, but one fan was just wistful.

"I wish I had your happiness and feeling of security," Shanyn Avila wrote. "And I don’t say that resentfully because you present yourself as a good and kind person. Your actions show you to be good and kind. It’s that I have finally gotten the courage to tell my husband to leave after years of emotional abuse and I feel like I will never find happiness or security. I find a sense of balm from seeing yours but it’s also mixed with a winsome feeling because I don’t think I’ll ever be there. He is so vindictive and powerful and I have nothing and no one. Why am I saying this to a stranger? I really don’t know."[video_embed id='1904096']RELATED: Why Ben Affleck regrets his divorce from Jennifer Garner[/video_embed]Garner, who is probably #exgoals to many co-parents out there thanks to the continued loving relationship she and her ex-husband Ben Affleck seem to share, decided to respond to the comments with a heartfelt message of her own. "Your heart sounds heavy, I am so sorry. Hopefully you have powerful women in your corner, reminding you of your strength and your worth. Hopefully, you are able to calm your mind and heart with prayer/meditation/exercise/art. Laughter will come and really — it is worth fighting for. Until then, all of my love," she wrote. The support meant so much to Avila that she went on to write a blog post about it, revealing that after Garner responded many strangers also sent her messages of hope and love. “When I posted on Jennifer Garner’s cute picture montage that spur of the moment reveal of my inner raw, I wasn’t thinking. I wasn’t calculating or measuring my words,” she wrote. “It was simply an impulse. It was another really day. I was dealing with the fact that my kids and I had been exposed to someone with Covid and that I had some worrying symptoms. I was also dealing with HIM. I am not going to say his name. I am just going to refer to him as HIM.”The mother then continued, “Much later, I remembered that post and I went online to delete it…cringing at how stupid I must have sounded had anyone, and I hoped to God no one had, seen it,” she continued. “Imagine my surprise when I opened Instagram and I saw that hundreds of people had reached out to me. Sharing their stories, their faith, their love, and their kindness.”Garner, who is now with businessman John Miller, went through a very public breakup when she and Affleck called off their decade-long marriage in June 2015. Since then they have reportedly worked very hard to be in a good place with each other and to co-parent their three kids. Prior to that relationship Garner was also once married to actor Scott Foley, whom she’d met on the set of Felicity. The duo were married from 2000-2004.[video_embed id='-1']BEFORE YOU GO: Man hears 'I love you' for first time in 25-years after ear implant [/video_embed]
