Hilary Duff slams people celebrating Fourth of July without masks

Those who continue to take physical distancing seriously were openly riled by lavish parties that were taking place over the holiday weekend, and that included actress Hilary Duff.The 32-year-old mom revealed as much on Instagram after she and her husband, Matthew Koma, realized there were some real ragers going on in their L.A. neighbourhood over the July 4 weekend.“We took two walks today. Took a family nap. Took a drive. Drove by a raging house party on Mulholland. A--holes. No masks (of course). Girls in bathing suits and louboutins waiting to get in like a line at a club,” she wrote, adding an eye-roll emoji for extra effect.

Duff also shared that she told her one-year-old daughter Banks that she was "too cool" to ever need to do that, but that she and Koma were actually steaming. “California is in bad shape (in so many ways) but doesn’t everyone think we all want to go out freely and travel and enjoy summer,” she continued. “It really seems like Americans just don’t care about each other...somehow this pandemic has turned into a political stance between parties...that’s a head scratcher for me. Last week, one of the first celebrities to be diagnosed with COVID-19, Tom Hanks, spoke out about the importance of wearing face gear, as did everyone’s Friend, Jennifer Aniston. In addition to cooking up some new eats and posting lots of pictures of all the family time her brood has been enjoying, she also celebrated her six-month wedding anniversary to Koma. “6 months married today,” she captioned a black-and-white selfie of herself, Koma and Banks on June 21.
