Halle Berry may have just confirmed a new relationship

Halle Berry appears to be one of the few people having a good 2020, and we are loving it. Please, give us hope, Halle Berry. The Oscar-winning actor just premiered her directorial debut Bruised at TIFF to rave reviews, and now it appears that Berry is confirming she has a new love in her life.On September 17, Berry uploaded a picture of herself smiling while looking off-camera. The actor was wearing a pageboy hat and a T-shirt from musician Van Hunt's merchandise line. Berry captioned the photo “now ya know…” and followed it with a heart emoji and an emoji of a foot.

For those who have been following along on our detective series, The Mystery of Halle Berry’s New Man, the actor posted a picture of her feet next to the feet of a mystery man back in July. Captioning the image “Sunday funday,” Berry did not leave any clues as to who the feet belonged to or whether the heart emoji she included was more of a friendship heart or romantic heart. It appears to be the latter. Although the relationship has only just been (sorta) confirmed by Berry on her social media, it appears as though Hunt has been broadcasting the pair’s new status on his own Instagram account for weeks. On August 30, Hunt posted a picture of Berry planting a sweet kiss on his cheek and captioned the image “kisses land softly.” As it can sometimes happen when your girlfriend has 6.5 million followers and you have around 14,000, not as many people noticed Hunt’s image. Now we’ve noticed.

It’s unclear how the 54-year-old actor and 50-year-old musician met, but according to their social media posts, the new couple appear to be happily taking things slowly.
