Gigi Hadid shares first selfie with her baby girl, says she ‘burps sunshine’

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik welcomed their first child together in September and are continuing to happily show off their new bundle of joy on social media. Well, they are showing off a tiny little baby in cute outfits. The couple have yet to post a picture of their newborn daughter’s face or reveal her name, likely to maintain their child’s privacy for as long as they can. When your parents are two of the most famous people in the world, privacy is not easy to come by. Hadid’s latest image of her daughter does not get fans any closer to seeing whether she inherited her mother’s famous eyebrows or her father’s jawline, but it does tell us that the little one is well loved.Hadid shared a selfie on November 8 that shows the supermodel holding her daughter, who is dressed in a white bodysuit, grey jeggings and yellow socks. Hadid included a smiling and winking emoji next to the image, captioning it “she burps sunshine.” Awwwwww. Hadid has spent the past month splitting her time on social media between encouraging her followers to vote and going down the Etsy rabbit hole that sucks in many new parents. There is just so much cute baby stuff available!

The new picture of mom and baby is only the second time fans have caught a glimpse of baby Hadid-Malik. The couple previously shared a picture of their daughter on Halloween. The first public family photo featured Hadid as Samus Aran in her Zero Suit from the Metroid comic, while doting dad Zayn was dressed as a Hogwarts student in Slytherin House. That checks out. The couple’s tiny bundle of joy wore a ridiculously cute knitted Hulk hat with a matching green shirt. Hadid shared the image on her Instagram Stories and covered her daughters face, with only a few light brown locks visible. The longtime couple had hoped to keep Hadid’s pregnancy a secret for a while longer, but media outlets leaked the news before the pair had made their official statement.
