Ed Sheeran is reportedly set to become a dad

Looks like Ed Sheeran will be a dad before the fall. The Sun is reporting Ed and his wife, Cherry Seaborn are expecting a baby in a matter of weeks, after keeping the pregnancy under wraps during the COVID-19 pandemic. Around Christmas 2019, the British singer-songwriter announced he was taking a break from music after two and a half years of touring, and according to sources, that's when Ed and Cherry decided to start a family. Cherry is said to be in the final stages on pregnancy, and with the baby arriving practically any day now, “Ed and Cherry are over the moon. They’re just making the last of the preparations at home ... It’s a really happy time and their families are all totally delighted for them and cannot wait to meet the new arrival.”Usually, news like this would leak earlier but the couple hasn't spent much time outside their Suffolk home during coronavirus lockdown. “Lockdown was a perfect excuse not to be seen out and about too much," says the source. "But things are getting closer and the excitement has been building so they have started telling friends and family." The couple haven't been pictured together since March.
