Country legend, actress, and philanthropist Dolly Parton has never shied away from talking about her plastic surgeries in the past. Whenever she’s told she looks like a million bucks, she replies, “That’s how much it cost!” We don’t want to hazard a guess about how many surgeries she’s had in her life to alter her look, but no matter how her exterior changes, you cannot deny she is endlessly talented, hugely creative, and has a wit and charm to be reckoned with. We forever stan our “Jolene” Queen!Speaking with Oprah Winfrey recently for an episode of  Apple TV+’s The Oprah Conversation, which will air this Friday, Dolly admitted that even at 74 (she’ll be 75 in January!), she’s not done with the alterations. In fact, she has it all planned out.

“I don't think about my life in terms of numbers,” she told Oprah. “First of all, I ain't never gonna be old because I ain't got time to be old. I can't stop long enough to grow old!”"I'm gonna look like a cartoon," she joked. "I'll have on the makeup. I'll look as young as my plastic surgeons will allow me and [with] all the makeup and lighting and all that. But I think more than anything, it's about what comes from inside you." Ain’t that the truth!"It's an attitude and you gotta shine from within. Sometimes, that can make you feel young and make you seem young to other people," she continued.Adding that she’s going to "be the best I can be at whatever age,” she continues, "I bet you I won't look much different when I'm 95, if I live that long, because I'm like the Gabor sisters.”She’s better than Zsa Zsa, Magda, and Eva, imho. The “9-5” crooner, who has famously said in the past that she fashioned her look after the town hooker, has also come out recently to say that she wants to do the cover of Playboy. It turns out, Playboy was listening because she’s now in talks with the salacious mag to recreate her 1978 cover just in time for her January birthday. “I just might do it,” she said recently in a BB5 interview. “If I can do it in good taste and they want it.  We’ll do it along with a really good interview inside. So yeah, we’ve talked about it.”Back in March, she also told 60 Minutes Australia, “I don’t plan to retire. I just turned 74 and I plan to be on the cover of Playboy magazine again!” Her refusal to slow down in her twilight years is the very reason why we now have “A Holly Dolly Christmas,” a festive album that features her god-daughter Miley Cyrus, Miley’s pop Billy Ray Cyrus, Willie Nelson, and Canuck crooner Michael Bublé.
The “Islands in the Stream” singer’s appearance on Oprah’s show comes a few weeks ahead of her own A Holly Dolly Christmas special, which will air on December 6th. No signs of slowing down, no signs of ageing.
