Bindi Irwin is pregnant with her first child

The daughter of the late, great Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin is expecting a lil’ Croc hunter of her own next year. Bindi Irwin, 22, and her husband Chandler Powell, 23, both announced on social media on August 11^th that they’re pregnant and they couldn’t wait to share the news.Posting a picture of the couple holding a munchkin-sized Australian Zoo staff shirt, Bindi tweeted, “Baby Wildlife Warrior due 2021.”She continued, “It’s an honour to share this special moment in our lives with you. Though I’m still in my first trimester, we really want you to be part of our journey from the beginning of the new life chapter. We couldn’t wait to share the news as this beautiful little being has become the most important of our lives.”

Her husband Chandler also took to social media to add, “Becoming a dad is the highlight of my life."

And some users are already laying bets that Bindi and Chandler will name their firstborn after papa Steve if they have a boy, and just the thought is making many fans misty-eyed.
