Arnold Schwarzenegger may be 73 years old (and a first-time grandfather), but he’s still got it. The Terminator proved as much with a little bit of #MondayMotivation this week when he did a set of T-bar rows that many twenty-somethings would probably find challenging. But the best part? In the video he shared on Twitter, it was none other than Taylor Swift pumping him up.“Old, but no obsolete. T-bar rows are one of my favourite exercises. Here’s some Monday motivation!” Arnie captioned a video on Twitter in which “…Ready for It?” blared in the background. While some fans pointed out that the reps looked a bit dangerous for the guy’s back and knees, most of them were simply obsessed with his song choice—including his son. “Going crazy in the gym to Taylor Swift. Love it. Keep it up,” wrote Patrick Schwarzenegger. The world definitely deserves such nice things right about now during this armpit of a year, so people can only hope so. Until then Arnie has motivated plenty of followers these past six months to work out from home, and now with this latest video he has also inspired at least one of his old friends to get off his rump… for a bathroom break that is. Of course others were just in plain old awe of Arnold, both because of his legendary muscles and his music choice. Lifting weights isn’t the only proof that Arnie still has it though. His new moves come on the heels of the August 31 announcement that he’s just landed his first scripted TV drama—a spy adventure series that’s in the works from Jack Reacher and The Fugitive executive producer Nick Santora. According to Deadline, Schwarzenegger has been hired to executive produce as well as star as the dad in a father-daughter global spy adventure series. This marks the first time the actor is doing scripted stuff on TV, although his big screen acting game is still going strong with productions like the upcoming Kung Fury II: The Movie and the Twins sequel Triplets, in which he stars alongside Eddie Murphy and Danny DeVito.Previously Schwarzenegger took over hosting duties on The Celebrity Apprentice from Donald Trump in 2017, but that gig only lasted one season. So far there’s no title for this upcoming action series, and according to Deadline casting is currently underway for the role of the daughter. No word on whether Taylor Swift is interested.[video_embed id='-1']BEFORE YOU GO: Watch how these dogs react when their owner leaves the house[/video_embed]
