It looks like that Who’s The Bosssequel will have to wait a bit. Actress Alyssa Milano is slowly recovering from her symptoms of COVID-19, and she posted to her official Instagram channel exactly what those symptoms entail. Namely, the actress and activist is losing her hair.“Thought I’d show you what #Covid19 does to your hair. Please take this seriously. #WearADamnMask #LongHauler,” she captioned her video, where she appears freshly showered and in a robe before the camera. Using her detangler brush on her wet hair, clumps of hair appear on the brush, and loose at her ends, where she has to pull them off in bundles.
“I just wanted to show you the amount of hair that is coming out of my head as a result of COVID,” she says, holding up a large clump of hair in front of the camera. “One brushing, this is my hair loss from COVID-19.”Her face turns serious right before the video shuts off. “Wear a d*** mask,” she says.[video_embed id='2008150']RELATED: Tony Danza, Alyssa Milano sign up for 'Who's the Boss?' sequel[/video_embed]This isn’t the first time the actress has posted about her coronavirus symptoms. Last week she posted a photo to her Instagram while wearing a breathing apparatus. “This was me on April 2nd after being sick for 2 weeks,” she wrote in the caption.“I had never been this kind of sick. Everything hurt. Loss of smell,” she continued. “It felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. I couldn't breathe. I couldn't keep food in me. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks.”“I basically had every Covid symptom.”
She noted that she had tested negative for the virus twice, but as her symptoms persisted from March, another test revealed that she had the antibodies, meaning that, at some point, she had caught the virus.“I also want you to know, this illness is not a hoax. I thought I was dying. It felt like I was dying.”Encouraging everyone to wear a mask, maintain physical distancing, and to wash their hands regularly, she closed by saying, “I don't want anyone to feel the way I felt.”Get better soon, lady![video_embed id='2011744']Before you go: Russia registers vaccine for COVID-19[/video_embed]
