A$AP Rocky and Rihanna are spending the holidays in Barbados

A$AP Rocky is taking full advantage of his girlfriend’s hometown climate this December, landing in Barbados (via a regular-person flight even) to join Rihanna on the tropical island the superstar singer calls home. The rapper arrived in Barbados (where a negative COVID-19 test is required in order to enter and a follow-up test must be done several days later) with his puffy parka in hand and his mask firmly in place.

Rihanna arrived on the island earlier (on her private jet, natch) and was spotted last week sweetly taking selfies with a fan at a Bajan gas station. RiRi posed with the person, flashing peace signs and looking completely at home (surgical masks aside). “My Christmas just got made merry,” said the lucky superfan who posted the video of them together online.

A$AP and Rihanna have been rumoured to be dating since shortly after her breakup from Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel. The two entertainers have been spotted dining out in New York, working together on Rihanna’s Fenty Skin campaign, and now holiday-ing together for Christmas. If dozens of holiday movies have taught us anything, visiting someone's hometown for the Christmas break basically seals the relationship deal. 

Among her many real estate holdings, Rihanna owns an ocean-front property in Barbados that she bought for $22 million back in 2013. We haven’t seen it, but something tells us it might just be the perfect place to spend the holidays with a new beau. Christmas Eve dip in the ocean anyone?
