Is it just us or does the life of Britney Spears keep getting better and better? The singer announced Thursday night in a livestream on Ellen DeGeneres’ YouTube channel that she will be returning to Las Vegas for another residency starting in February 2019.

Domination will reside at the Park MGM Hotel which also plays host to Cher, Aerosmith, Cirque de Soleil and Lady Gaga (starting in December). According to Daily Mail reporting, the star will be pocketing $507,000 a night, making her the highest-paid performer in Vegas by beating out the reigning queen, Miss Celine Dion, who is currently raking in $476,000 per show.

Spears and her team built anticipation for the announcement earlier in the week with an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show where she basically just announced there would be an announcement. Ellen then offered to let her do it on her YouTube channel.

The October announcement is likely meant to coincide with the 20th anniversary of Britney’s breakout hit, “… Baby One More Time,” which was released on October 23, 1998. On the livestream, Ellen’s correspondent, Kalen Allen, was on location at the Park MGM to cover the blowout event that turned from outdoor EDM concert to live Britney Spears appearance. The singer didn’t perform or speak, but her message was clear: Britney’s back.

If it feels like Brit was just in Vegas, that’s because she was. The singer concluded her four-year Britney: Piece of Me residency at the AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in January.

Most fans were thrilled at the news of a new Britney show (though some also pointed out that the announcement could have been done a little more economically).

Tickets go on sale October 26 and though there are very few details about what the show will entail, the production value of the announcement would indicate that audiences won’t be disappointed.
