Ariana Grande has had a rough year and a half, but the singer is putting the pain behind her and heading back on the road with a new world tour starting in March 2019. Grande announced the Sweetener tour and dates Thursday on Twitter.

The tour starts out in Albany, New York on March 18, making Canadian stops in Montreal on April 1, Toronto on April 3, Edmonton on April 25 and Vancouver on April 27. The American leg will conclude back on the East Coast with a show at Madison Square Garden.

Grande has had two major personal blows in the past few months – first when ex-boyfriend Mac Miller died of an alleged overdose and then just last week when she and fiancé Pete Davidson called it quits. She has taken to social media on occasion to interact with fans and gush about her pig, Piggy Smalls.

Positive interactions on social media can be misleading, but Ariana has been known to express on Twitter when she’s feeling down or anxious. She told fans Wednesday that things are looking up.

Grande’s last world tour, Dangerous Woman, was tragically cut short after a terrorist bombing at her Manchester concert killed 22 fans and injured hundreds more. The "God Is A woman" singer took time off to process the event and has spoken out since about how it had an impact on her mental state and still causes her anxiety to this day. Announcing her return to the stage seems like a big step in her healing process and her fans cannot wait.
