Emma Watson and Tom Felton had an adorable mini ‘Harry Potter’ reunion

It’s not every day that former Harry Potter cast members get together for a hang, so when they do, you better believe we (and the internet at large) are going to make a big deal out of it.

Hermione Granger – er, we mean Emma Watson – and Draco Malfoy, played by Tom Felton, met up this week on Venice Beach in Los Angeles for a little skateboarding sesh. Obviously, it was super adorable.

Emma posted a sunny selfie with her former co-star and applauded his latest project, the upcoming series, Origin.

And that’s not all. Swipe left for a video of the two skateboarding together. Yes, on the same board.

Tom is clearly an experienced skater, but it looks like we’ve finally found something Miss Watson isn’t absolutely perfect at. In the video, he tells her several times to stop wobbling the board.

“Easy with the wobblin',” he can be heard saying. “Keep your feet still … You’re dancing around the board like a clown! Hang on tight.”

That explains Emma’s weirdly specific hashtag: “#TFToleratingMySubParSkatingSkillsSince1999.”

Does that mean there’s video somewhere of Tom and Emma as tiny children zipping around the Harry Potter set? Get to work finding that, internet!

It seems Felton may have been feeling nostalgic for all his Potter pals lately. On Monday, he posted an old photo of the whole cast on his own Instagram and last month he shouted out Daniel Radcliff's broadway show, Lifespan of a Fact.

Back in 2011, Emma admitted to Seventeen that, like many girls, Tom Felton was her first crush and that her co-star “totally” knew.

“For the first two movies, I had a huge crush on Tom Felton. He was my first crush,” she said. “He totally knows. We talked about it – we still laugh about it. We are really good friends now, and that's cool.”

When Seventeen asked Felton about said crush and his apparent knowledge of it, he answered that not only was he not aware, he didn’t feel the same way.

Yeah, take a moment to figure out how one could possibly not have a crush on Emma Watson.

“Honestly, we all definitely grew up in a sort of family-esque environment but there does seem to be some weird thing with Draco and Hermione,” he admitted, referring to all those Dramione shippers out there. “That’s a thing, a ‘shipping’ thing is what it is.”

So to anyone who was hoping this cutesy video meant these two might be inching closer to romance, sorry to disappoint. Looks like they’re still just friends.

And they’re busy. While Felton has his new series premiering November 14, Watson is hard at work on her latest project – the Greta Gerwig-directed Little Women adaptation. The first photos of the cast surfaced earlier this week showing Watson, Saoirse Ronan, Eliza Scanlen and Florence Pugh in period-specific wardrobe.

We’re still holding out hope that Felton and Watson will someday reunite on the movie screen and maybe, you know, play lovers.
