Roseanne unleashes rage in new video

Roseanne Barr is once again addressing the controversial Valerie Jarrett tweet that got the Roseanne reboot cancelled.

The comedian promised to conduct her own interview, and while she followed through, it may have made the situation worse.

The video shows a disheveled Barr puffing away at a cigarette, when an unseen man begins to instruct Barr, urging her to speak as though she’s giving a presidential address. Growing visibly agitated, Barr erupts: “I’m trying to talk about Iran!” she says. “I’m trying to talk about the Iran deal! That’s what my tweet is about!”

Then, her anger increases.

“That’s what my tweet was about. I thought the b---- was white, g--------. I thought the b----- was white. F–-!” she screams.

In May, the Roseanne reboot was cancelled by ABC after Barr compared Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett (who is African-American) to a character from Planet of the Apes. Since, the comedian has strived to make amends, publicly apologizing through Twitter and also speaking out during an interview with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach during his podcast.

“I am willing to accept what the consequences are, but they don’t ever stop. They don’t accept my apology or explanation...and I’ve made myself a hate magnet,” she said at the time.

ABC has since announced a Roseanne spinoff, which will feature the original cast, minus Barr.
